Service Description

Attention All Golfers; Are you looking to step up your game, prevent injuries, and continue playing the game you love? Look no further! This specialized workout consists of multiple different factors. Starting with a full body golf-specific warm-up that consists of targeting major muscle groups. Then moving on to golf-specific exercises to enhance each phase of your stroke. Lastly, we will finish with mobility work to keep your body moving well, and playing injury free. Now is a great time to get started as we transition into fall and winter. This class is offered during the golf season to keep yourself sharp, as well as during the winter to strengthen your skills before the next season.
